STUDIO POLICIES

In an effort to uphold a tranquil salon experience, we are providing some of the things you can expect as a Terramanu guest. Upon arrival, you will be greeted, checked-in, then offered a beverage (spa-water, hot tea or latte). When ready, we'll escort you to your service area where our trained technicians will guide you every step of the way.

Arrival

We appreciate your understanding in honoring our shared time. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in. Late arrivals, which are 10+ minutes past your scheduled time) may require adjustments to your service or rescheduling all together depending time-available upon your arrival.

Cancellation

We request a 24-hour advance notice, if you will not be able to make your appointment. We do not currently impose fees for late arrivals or last-minute cancellations.

No Call/No Show Policy

We value our time and the time of our clients. A no call / no show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not notify us.

  • Clients who no call / no show for an appointment will be blocked from online booking.

  • To continue receiving services, the client will be required to prepay in full for all future appointments.

  • Repeated no call / no shows may result in refusal of service.

Kids

We're delighted to welcome children at Terramanu, though we gently suggest that they stay seated next to their responsible adult at all times in an effort to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.

Mobile Devices

We kindly ask that all guests switch their phones to silent or vibrate upon entry. Should you wish to enjoy digital entertainment on your mobile device, we encourage the use of headphones or earbuds to keep our studio a peaceful and comfortable space for all. Please also avoid speaking loudly or taking phone/Facetime calls in the salon especially during your appointment window.
